Facilities - Poole, Dorset

Our modern offices and extensive workshop in Poole acts as the hub for Southern Ventilation’s projects, encompassing our manufacturing work force and equipment.

The close proximity of our design and management office allows for transparent communication with the workshop ensuring production is meeting the demand and any snap changes to projects can be made. It has also created a solid working environment which is efficient and relaxed.

Our skilled and trained workshop staff proficiently operate a wide range of machinery used for the production of ductwork from detailed in house AutoCAD layouts.

Our CNC facility allows a simple transition from drawing to end product, with laser and plasma cutters. Our modern workshop is kitted out with the latest in Computerised coil lines, folding machinery, RAS ductformers, ARC, MIG and TIG welding and integral compressor and air lines.

Poole also acts as our administration centre, with a dedicated marketing department, recruitment and accounts departments.

Aside from the main workshop in Poole, we also have a separate 1000 sqm facility which houses our Koolduct production base. We feel due to the unique nature of the product it is vital that the machinery used and the assembly areas are kept separated. Situated a minutes drive from our headquarters we are able to control all fabrication of ductwork simply and easily from our main offices.
