Ductwork Manufacturing

Southern Ventilation produces ductwork to DW/144 standards, either from conventional galvanized steel, stainless steel or plastic. Our modern workshop has over 2,000 sq meters of capacity, equipped with the latest metal fabrication tooling.

Access to the latest CAM/CNC Plasma cutters, plus automated coil lines, RAS seamer, MIG/TIG welders allows rapid and accurate production of ventilation ductwork.

Southern Ventilation employs sheet metal fabricators with a diverse range of skills & experience which is key to producing top quality ductwork. Our training policy ensures that staff remain motivated as well as being able to add value to ductwork such as; koolduct fabrication, fire rating, thermal or acoustic insulation & attenuation.

Quality control is supervised by our workshop management & audited bi annually by senior staff.
